We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to service the Sumter, SC area. Healthcare providers perform primary care and acute visits in homes, ALFs, and ILFs within their assigned service areas.
This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus. It is a full-time position with the following schedule(s) and service areas available:
The following shift(s) are available:
* 12-hour shift (7 days on, 7 days off)
* 8-hour shift (Monday-Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

What Are We Looking For?
Your Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing urgent care team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced nursing care within your scope of practice, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients in various settings such as hospitals, clinics, or private practices. You should be able to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with other providers. Maintaining accurate patient records is essential.
Qualifications
* Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
* Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in [state/province/country]
* Certification in a Nurse Practitioner specialty area such as Family, Adult-Gerontology, Pediatrics, etc.
* 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred but not required
* Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare technology
* Commitment to professional development
* CPR certification and other relevant certifications
