Your Role & Responsibilities
In this position, you will support the Mechatronics Services development team in developing, testing, and tuning our products, which include various transport systems and robotic solutions.
Our goal is to achieve the best possible performance from all products by optimally integrating mechanics, hardware, and software.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month
Your area of responsibility includes the application, optimization, and further development of mechatronic solutions in a customer-specific environment.
* Support the software and mechanical development teams
* Commissioning of hardware and software solutions for our mechatronic products
* Maintenance and servicing of test setups and test cells
* Documentation of developed hardware and software solution

What it takes to Run what runs the world
* Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or similar) with a focus on mechatronics or robotics
* Professional experience in the field of mechatronics or robotics
* Knowledge of software development for automation solutions (high-level languages such as ST or C)
* Structured and analytical working style
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of commitment
* Very good German and English skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
* Willingness to learn and willingness to travel

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 52.853,78 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2025. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
