Overview
Here’s what we’re looking for: As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you bring a growth mindset and are experienced in leveraging growth marketing strategies such as experimentation, A/B testing, and proactively identifying and testing new growth opportunities. Your approach is highly results-oriented and data-driven, with a strong focus on creating customer-centric marketing initiatives that yield measurable outcomes. You will lead omni-channel marketing efforts, with a particular emphasis on CRM marketing and channel management, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer journey. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Product Management to drive both the acquisition and retention of subscribers, playing a key role in expanding our reach and maximizing customer value.
Essential skills for your mission:
* CRM tools/ marketing automation (e.g. Braze/Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
* Webpage management (e.g. AEM, Storyblok)
* SEO/GAEO
* Appstore/ Google Play
* Social media
* Ads (e.g. Apple Ads, UAC - Launch, Manage & Optimize)
* Building engaging customer journeys for revenue growth and patient engagement
* Excellent working proficiency in English (German optional)
Bonus skills:
* Experienced with mobile apps and mobile marketing, performance marketing
* Diabetes care understanding – knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
* Experience working in a global organisation
* Matrix work
* B2C experience

In Austria, we have a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross EUR 3,455 per month for this position. We offer competitive compensation packages that reflect current market trends and your experience level.
