As part of your thesis, you will collaborate with our quality and systems/measurement engineers. The team is responsible for complete vehicle testing on a chassis dynamometer. Your tasks include:
1. Creating a statistical basis: Develop a comprehensive statistical foundation for all input variables, including device information, calibration, and validation measurements, to perform a holistic measurement uncertainty analysis on a vehicle chassis dynamometer, considering measurement variables and their combinations.
2. Programming or further developing a simulation tool: Create or enhance a simulation tool for measurement uncertainty analysis. This task involves conducting a literature review, generating information and data, and comparing methods (classical statistics vs. simulation).
