Skill Check
* Sound experience in project quality in the automotive sector
* Expert knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA standards
* Fluent in English, with excellent German language skills in spoken and written form
* Leadership experience and strong teamwork skills
Challenge Check
* Management and development of a team of Project Quality Engineers
* Support in customer projects and implementation of quality requirements
* Conducting audits, process approvals, and sampling
* Managing customer complaints and reporting quality indicators
