YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Technical and disciplinary management of a team of 15 to 20 employees, including motivational support and further development of team members using modern management methods, conducting annual performance reviews, and monitoring individual training plans
2. Responsibility for the smooth running of goods receipt and intralogistics together with your team
3. Planning and controlling daily processes and continuously optimizing them to ensure uninterrupted material supply to production and on-time delivery to customers
4. Responsibility for inventory management, conducting inventories, and maintaining order, cleanliness, and occupational safety
5. Preparing evaluations and reports for logistics management
YOUR PROFILE:
6. Completed technical or commercial education (Secondary Technical College, Commercial Academy, University of Applied Sciences, University) - additional qualifications in logistics or warehouse management are an advantage
7. At least 3 years of experience in a leading position in warehousing/intralogistics in a manufacturing company
8. Very good SAP user skills
9. Leadership and management skills
10. Good understanding of logistics processes and requirements
11. Strong communication skills, quick comprehension, and results-oriented
12. You describe yourself as a team player, hands-on, structured, and analytical, as well as proactive and solution-oriented in your approach
13. You are a structured team player with a hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
14. Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
