About the Role
We're looking for a warm, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics Noarlunga. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You'll Do
* Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
* Manage bookings, appointments, and client communications (using Zenoti)
* Support clinic operations including payments, stock, and reporting
* Collaborate with therapists and clinic managers to ensure smooth daily flow
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
