Job Description
* Leadership and development of a production team (2 team leaders and 13 employees)
* Responsibility for the department's scheduling, quality, and efficiency targets
* Active design and optimization of processes, workstations, and production layouts
* Ensuring qualification levels and workforce flexibility through continuous development of the qualification matrix
* Transition of new products into series production, including employee training
* Technical and commercial preparation of investments
* Close collaboration with technical work preparation and production planning/control
Qualifications
* Completed education in Mechatronics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Production Engineering (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University)
* Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a production-related environment
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4,800 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
