Your territory
As part of our Influencer Marketing team, you will:
* Manage and grow our influencer marketing activities across different markets and social media platforms
* Own influencer marketing campaigns from end to end, from researching suitable creators to executing and evaluating collaborations
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing influencers to create strong and effective partnerships
* Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and budgets to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
* Stay on top of social media trends on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to identify new opportunities and ideas
* Analyze influencer performance, review past collaborations, and turn learnings into actionable improvements for future campaigns
Your profile
Key requirements:
* Proven experience in influencer marketing, either through managing creators, executing campaigns, or building brand partnerships
* Strong understanding of influencer collaborations and social media platform dynamics
* Experience identifying relevant creators and managing influencer campaigns from research to reporting
* Good understanding of current social media trends and the ability to spot new opportunities early
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Salary range
Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 40.000 full‑time - at Tractive that means a 4‑day work week with a 3‑day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
