Position: Head of IT Customer Relationship Management (f/m/d)
Based at our headquarters in Leoben, Austria, as Head of IT CRM, you will ensure compliance with global standards and legal requirements, oversee global IT frontend services, and align IT strategy with business goals by managing stakeholder relationships and acting as an interface between business and backend services.
Your Responsibilities
1. Ensure IT practices and systems comply with global standards, legal, and regulatory requirements.
2. Manage global IT frontend areas, including service desk, demand management, and IT PMO, including IT portfolio management.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external IT stakeholders, executives, and other departments, to align IT strategy with business goals.
4. Act as an interface between business and backend services, focusing on HR and ERP systems.
5. Follow corporate IT governance frameworks, specifically COBIT processes, guidelines, and architecture.
Your Profile
1. Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or 10 years of experience in an IT leadership role, driving digital transformation, managing IT service operations and performance.
2. Experience leading IT teams and managing projects in an international or multicultural environment, executing IT strategies at local and global levels.
3. Strong leadership qualities, including team management, conflict resolution, and talent development.
4. Excellent communication skills with technical teams and top management.
5. Understanding of IT, HR, and ERP systems, ITIL, and COBIT frameworks.
