Qualifications, Experience and Language skills
1. Master's Degree - Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Law or other relevant discipline.
2. Bachelor's Degree - A first level university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Law or other relevant discipline with three additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of advanced university degree.
3. At least 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience which at least 3 at the international level.
4. At least 3 years of experience in supervising staff.
5. Sound knowledge of logistics and international trading practices and some sectors related to the IAEA's mandate is an advantage.
6. Excellent oral and written command of English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.
Remuneration
The IAEA offers an attractive remuneration package including a tax-free annual net base salary starting at US $84672 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance), a variable post adjustment which currently amounts to US $ 47755*, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation and repatriation expenses; Other benefits include 6 weeks' annual leave, home leave travel, pension plan and health insurance.
