Senior Key Account Manager, Austria

Logitech, a global leader in computer peripherals and innovative technology solutions, is looking for a seasoned and proactive Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our dynamic team in Vienna, Austria. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, managing large‑scale retail accounts, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

* Managing Existing Austrian Retailers: Serve as the key point of contact for Logitech’s established retail partners in Austria, ensuring strong, long‑lasting relationships.
* Acquiring New Key Accounts: Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, with a focus on expanding our portfolio of strategic partnerships across Austria.
* Developing Growth Strategies: Collaborate closely with the Head of DACH and cross‑functional teams to define and implement tailored growth strategies for both existing and new accounts.
* Sales Forecasting and Execution: Lead the sales planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring that business targets are met or exceeded.
* Negotiating Agreements: Drive negotiations with retailers and other partners to secure favorable terms that align with Logitech’s objectives while fostering collaborative partnerships.
* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Tailored Solutions Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering innovative solutions that align with their needs, leveraging Logitech’s product portfolio.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer programs.


Qualifications

* Proven Key Account Management Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience in managing major retail accounts, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sectors.
* Business Development Expertise: A demonstrated ability to identify, approach, and acquire new accounts, including experience building initial relationships and converting them into long‑term partnerships.
* Strategic Thinking: A track record of developing and executing innovative strategies to drive market growth and meet sales targets.
* Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities with the ability to balance competitive deal‑making with partnership‑building.
* Data‑Driven Decision‑Making: Expertise in translating key data insights into actionable reports and recommendations.
* Customer Centricity: Exceptional relationship‑management skills, with a passion for understanding and catering to customer needs.
* Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel for forecasting, performance tracking, and data‑driven decision‑making.
* High‑Level Communication Skills: Ability to present and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of business.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (native or C1 level) is required; English proficiency is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
* Self‑Starter Mentality: A proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
