Talent Acquisition Assistant with IT Background (Temporary - 1 to 3 Months | Fully Remote | m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities :
* Support recruitment processes: post ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination
* Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows
* Conduct initial outreach and communications with candidates
* Provide general support to the HR and talent acquisition team
Your Profile :
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Familiarity with recruitment platforms and remote collaboration tools
* Detail-oriented, responsive, and professional
* Fluent in English (working language); German intermediate
