This is a high-impact, commercially focused analytics role where your forecasts directly shape business decisions. As Business Intelligence Analyst, you own forward-looking demand and market forecasts that drive planning, ensure product availability, and fuel sustainable growth.
You’ll partner closely with Finance, Consumer Insights, Sales, and Supply Chain, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will influence inventory strategy, revenue planning, pricing decisions, and operational efficiency.

Location: Vienna, Austria
Principle Accountabilities
1. Develop and maintain forecasting models to guide category size projections and sell-through expectations, ensuring alignment with market trends and business needs.
2. Align demand forecasts with supply chain and wholesale partners, ensuring product availability and optimal stock levels while balancing financial targets and cost efficiency.
3. Analyse market trends and macroeconomic indicators to anticipate shifts in market size and share, regularly updating profit pool insights to identify opportunities.
4. Collaborate with Finance, Insights, and Commercial teams to support business cases, commercial reviews, and planning processes with timely, data-driven guidance.
5. Lead pricing strategy and analysis to drive net revenue growth and margin targets at the market level, collaborating closely with Insights, Finance, Market Managers, and the Revenue Growth Management community. This includes managing price increases, conducting pricing reviews, setting price architecture, and optimizing SKU mix and portfolio pricing.
6. Identify and propose price and mix growth opportunities, support excise and tax proposals, and provide actionable insights to ensure competitive, sustainable, and profitable commercial plans aligned with cluster objectives.
Skills and Experience Required
7. Degree-qualified in a relevant field, with strong analytical and commercial foundations.
8. Proven experience in forecasting, demand planning, and pricing scenario development.
9. Commercially savvy with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights.
10. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence, including at senior leadership level.
11. Deep expertise in data analysis and research, grounding recommendations in solid evidence.
12. Highly collaborative and proactive in sharing knowledge and aligning cross-functional teams.
