With plants in Austria, China, India, Malaysia and sales offices around the globe, we offer excellent career opportunities for creators, innovators and enablers with the drive to make a difference.To enhance our successful Customer Service & Success Commercial Europe Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionateRepresentative Customer Service Commercial (f/m/d)In this role, you are the main point of contact for assigned customers, responsible for executing the Lead-to-Order (L2O) process and managing all commercial requests in line with AT&S procedures. You are involved in coordinating with internal departments, handling pricing and master data, supporting sales activities, and ensuring proactive, high-quality customer communication.Your ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentAct as the primary commercial contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting pricing, quotations, and customer communicationCoordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and customer satisfactionMaintain and update SAP master data (customer, material, pricing) and external customer tools (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA)Support commercial activities including price negotiations, credit checks, KPI tracking, and customer surveysDrive continuous improvement by analyzing data, reporting insights, and proactively managing customer feedback and complaintsYour ProfileGraduated from a business-focused secondary school (HAK/HBLA, Matura)3+ years of experience in customer service, commercial operations, or sales support, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of SAP (especially SD and CRM modules)Experience with customer portals/tools such as JIRA and ARIBAProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Excel and Power BIExcellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindsetFluent in German; English skills are a plusOur OfferA meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environmentChance to actively contribute to AT&S´ success and to create valueA structured and tailor-made onboarding program along with continual training opportunitiesWe also offerModern company canteen with freshly prepared meals every dayFree parking spaces and e-charging stationsDiverse health measures and a wide range of employee benefitsReady for a new challenge to advance your career?
