As part of our ambitious growth and transformation journey within the Loader Crane product line, we are looking for a highly motivatedSupplier Quality Engineerto strengthen our team at our Köstendorf location.Your ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control and product certification of supplier components, ensuring full compliance with technical and quality requirements, and support supplier audits and development activities in close cooperation with Global Supplier Quality ManagementDefine, monitor, and report supplier quality KPIs, actively driving corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable continuous improvementBuild and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships, leading joint improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologiesContribute to the optimization and harmonization of quality management standards and processes across the organizationActively participate in optimization and transformation projects to support business growth, efficiency, and operational excellenceYour QualificationsCompleted a technical degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in engineering or a related fieldAnalytical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to transform complex topics into practical and sustainable solutionsHands-on technical expertise in fabrication, welding, machining, hydraulics, and electrical systemsProven experience with quality tools and methodologies (8D, PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis) and knowledge of process/project managementResults-driven and improvement-oriented, fluent in English and German, and willing to travel up to 30%WE OFFERFlexible working hours with no core time and possibility to work from home on a regular basisFurther training and international career opportunitiesCorporate health management "PALfit"Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and daily meal subsidyJob ticket for travel to and from PALFINGERNumerous employee discounts through Corporate BenefitsMinimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement isEUR 53,241.02based on full-time employment per year.
