The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high‑tech systems, high‑bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

* Technical training in the field of mechanics, electrical engineering, or automation technology
* An independent, collaborative, and goal‑oriented approach to work
* An analytical, structured approach to work, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative
* Strong interpersonal and methodological skills, as well as confidence in communication
* Proficiency in German and English
Challenges
* Contributing to the industrialization process as part of the product development process
* Building prototypes according to customer specifications in collaboration with the project team
* Conducting quality inspections to ensure prototype quality
* Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and documentation of prototype manufacturing orders
* Conducting employee training on new manufacturing processes and ensuring that customer‑specific requirements are met in production
* Close collaboration with shift supervisors, production planners, and related departments
