We are an ambitious process and consulting service provider, specializing in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across various industries. Our focus is on automating IT processes and improving IT operations management (ITOM).
To strengthen our team, we are seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Implementer (m/f/d) to support the implementation and optimization of ITOM modules for our customer.
Responsibilities
1. Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including:
* Discovery: Designing and configuring network scans and data sources for automated IT asset discovery.
* Service Mapping: Creating detailed service maps to visualize IT infrastructure and dependencies.
* Event Management: Integrating monitoring tools for proactive monitoring and event management.
* Operational Intelligence and Cloud Management: Implementing solutions to optimize IT operations and cloud usage.
1. Conducting workshops to analyze requirements and identify customer needs related to IT operations.
2. Providing technical consulting and best practices to help customers optimize their IT processes using ITOM modules.
3. Integrating third-party tools (e.g., Splunk, Nagios, SolarWinds) via REST/SOAP APIs.
4. Performing testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth implementation.
5. Organizing and conducting customer training on the effective use of ITOM modules.
6. Supporting project planning, execution, and documentation.
Requirements
* Experience in implementing ServiceNow, especially in ITOM modules.
* Deep understanding of IT operations processes and experience in ITSM and infrastructure management.
* Certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator or ITOM Implementation Specialist are advantageous.
* Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or similar.
* Analytical skills and a structured problem-solving approach.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
