You think strategically, act in a solution-oriented way, and always keep an eye on your areas of responsibility.Client & Stakeholder ManagementYou serve as a point of contact for our project managers, clients, Head of Projects, and project partners – primarily on an operational level. You report reliably and proactively to your supervisor.Project Controlling & Resource ManagementYou take responsibility for planning the budget and resources within your project scope, managing them proactively to ensure quality, timing, and cost are well balanced. You communicate bottlenecks to the project lead and bring solutions to the table.Communication & PresentationWhether internally or externally, written or verbal: you communicate clearly, purposefully, and with inspiration.On-Site ManagementLive is live: you are on-site where emotions come to life. You coordinate partners and service providers with attention to detail and perfect timing. You support the project lead in the implementation and ensure smooth operations before, during, and after the event.Expectation & Quality ManagementYou ensure quality and fulfillment of client expectations within your responsibility area – exceeding expectations with precision, care, and heart.WHAT YOU BRINGA degree or solid training in event, project, or tourism management – or equivalent qualifications.You keep a cool head under pressure.At least 1 year of professional experience in event planning or marketing.You think creatively, work in a structured way, and are a true team player with a hands-on mentality.Communication is your strength – clear, empathetic, and on point.
