In this position, you will develop and optimize technological processes for our heat treatment systems. Your focus will be on analyzing existing processes, identifying potential for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions. You will train customers in the use of the systems, work closely with sales, design, and commissioning, and ensure that all processes meet customer requirements.
TASKS
* Support in the development of new processes in heat treatment plants
* Collaboration in process analyses and suggestions for improvement
* Participation in the implementation of customer requirements
* Support for customer training after induction
* Collaboration with sales, design, and commissioning
* Participation in market observation and further training
* Conducting metallurgical investigations on heat-treated materials
PROFILE
* Completed technical education (HTL or higher) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, materials engineering, or similar
* Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of heat treatment or interest in industrial processes
* Basic knowledge of process analysis and optimization
* Openness to supporting customer training after initial training
* Ability to work in a team coupled with strong communication skills
* Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 10%)
* Good knowledge of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross basic salary according to the collective agreement (metalworking industry) based on full-time employment is 47,546 euros per year.
