What to expect:
Support the central embedded insurance team as well as local and affinity insurance teams with data‑driven reports and actionable recommendations
Develop, maintain, and further enhance embedded insurance pricing and demand models, including structured competitor analysis and competitor modeling
Conduct structured market monitoring and manage market prices and discounts in close coordination with relevant internal stakeholders
Use and continuously improve analysis and reporting tools to monitor and visualize conversion‑related KPIs
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the entire customer journey
Analyze, visualize, and present results clearly and convincingly to management
Actively contribute to pricing governance and the ongoing optimization of pricing processes
What we expect:
Completed degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on actuarial mathematics
Several years of relevant professional experience in pricing, price optimization, market analysis, or pricing strategy
Strong knowledge of developing and applying demand and market pricing models, including competitor modeling
Experience with relevant tools and programming languages (e.g. Excel, SQL, R, Python)
Strong analytical mindset with a structured and solution‑oriented way of working
Team player with initiative and enthusiasm for innovative and data‑driven solutions
Fluent in English; German and/or any Central or Eastern European language is a strong plus
