About the role:
The Client Executive is a field-based, direct sales role responsible for both client retention and growth through contract expansion and the introduction of new products and services. You will consult with C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Gartner’s products and services.
What you’ll do:
* Work with CIOs, CDOs, CISOs and their teams to help them with their critical priorities and reach their growth targets
* Build up knowledge of the Austrian tech landscape and expand your network
* Manage accounts with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
* Achieve a quota of $800,000+ in contract value within a territory of enterprise organizations in manufacturing, retail, and commercial industries
* Acquire new customers
What you’ll need:
* Strong self-motivation, intellect, drive, and passion for sales and networking
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling stories and strategic plans
* Interest in learning and excelling in leading sales methodologies
* Experience in tech or SaaS in market-facing roles (account management, sales, consulting, business development, etc.)
* Fluency in German and English
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree – preferred
