YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints, and further enhance tools, templates, and application visualizations for global execution
2. Provide consulting, governance, and quality control for the design guidelines and their application across PALFINGER functions and local Marketing & Communication Hubs
3. Develop merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the brand experience in retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring high-end and innovative merchandising collections
4. Lead, mentor, and motivate the Brand Design and Merchandising team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve goals and grow professionally, fostering passion, collaboration, and openness to change
5. Oversee the implementation of design and merchandising strategies and guidelines within the global marketing and communication organization as well as across other PALFINGER functions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, business administration, or a related field
7. Proven experience (7+ years) in brand, design, or merchandising with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies and guidelines in a similar role
8. Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and production partners
9. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving a brand by implementing engaging and state-of-the-art designs and/or merchandising collections
10. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.,98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
