As a team, we have the opportunity to actively shape the future of sports car development at the highest level of systems engineering through our processes, methods, and tools. In our team, you will learn about the vehicle development process from the initial product idea to the construction of the first vehicle, gaining broad insights across various interfaces. We are looking for dedicated interns to support us in optimizing and implementing processes, methods, and tools throughout the entire vehicle development cycle.
Start: March and September
Duration: 6 months

* Vehicle development process based on the V-Model
* Methods and tools to increase efficiency
* Communication and training materials
* Internal process documentation
* Workshops and training courses on applying methods and tools
* Collaboration with various specialist departments and interface partners (including IT) to identify and implement improvement potential
Requirements
What sets you apart?
* Enrolled in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable program, at least in your third semester or taking a gap year between bachelor's and master's studies
* Interest in process optimization and method development
* Analytical thinking and a structured approach
* Teamwork and good communication skills (preferably in German)
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) is desirable
