We are looking for a student, studying at a university in the greater area of Graz, to support our Toolchain team and gain hands‑on experience part time, in parallel to their studies.
Responsibilities
* Development, testing and debugging of SW Tool components (in Java, Python, C, C++, RUST and C#)
* Automation of build and test systems using Jenkins
* Implementation and maintenance of technical documentation
* Supporting tool development by analysing and reproducing reported failures and verifying fixes
* Security related tasks – may/will be responsible for security related tasks and may be in scope of security certifications
Qualifications
* Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information and Computer Engineering, SW development, Mathematics, or similar
* Java or C++ programming skills
* Experience with Python, C, C#, RUST, git, SVN and/or Jenkins would be a bonus
* Proficiency in spoken and written English
* Independent and accurate working style
* Willingness to take initiative and adapt to a changing environment
* Good communication skills
Availability: 20 hours per week.
Salary: minimum EUR 2.600 gross/month for full‑time equivalent at NXP Austria.
