What you will do:
We’re looking for a versatile 1st Level Support to join our team—This role offers hands‑on experience managing modern IT infrastructure, supporting international events, and working with cutting‑edge SaaS platforms. You'll gain valuable exposure to enterprise IT operations while maintaining flexibility for your studies.
Role Description
* Onboarding and off‑boarding users across multiple platforms (Slack, Adobe, Figma, Dropbox, Notion, Linear, etc.).
* Managing user accounts and access management.
* Coordinating access for internal teams, freelancers, and external stakeholders.
* Monitoring and coordinating license renewals across PaaS and SaaS platforms.
* Providing first‑level support for design, communication, ticketing and project management tools.
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Cyber Security, or related field; Completion of HTL (Höhere Technische Lehranstalt) in IT or related field.
* Strong technical foundation with understanding of IT systems, user management, and basic networking concepts.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
* Service‑oriented mindset with ability to support users across different technical skill levels.
* Self‑motivated learner comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed.
* Available for 15‑20 hours per week with flexibility during event periods (increased hours during January/February).
