About this Position
Drive end-to-end co-packaging initiatives – from creative promotional concepts to flawless, compliant execution – while continuously optimizing portfolios, processes, and supplier collaborations to deliver high-quality solutions on time and on budget.
What You’ll Do
* Plan, organize, and implement given co-packaging requests, including product bundles, displays, and other promotional activities.
* Ensure that all initiatives are implemented on time, on budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
* Consider regulatory and logistical requirements, including compliance with DG and PPWR.
* Cooperate with packaging suppliers and co-packers.
* Document and maintain developments, processes, and existing portfolio in our IT systems.
* Optimize existing portfolio and operating processes.
* Prepare and support purchasing tenders together with procurement.
What makes you a good fit
* University graduates in mechanical, packaging, or plastic engineering, or students pursuing a degree in this field.
* First practical experience through former internships or experience as a technician in packaging management and development.
* Self‑motivated, creative and open‑minded team‑player with a high level of independence.
* Basic knowledge of sustainability aspects of packaging.
* Fluent English language skills; German and other languages are advantageous.
* Firm knowledge of MS‑Office applications.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
