Product Owner/Agile Project Manager (F/M/X)

Responsibilities
* Conceptualize the client’s product by defining concrete requirements in workshops while keeping the user perspective and budgetary considerations in mind.
* Define and prioritize user stories and maintain the product backlog.
* Maintain close contact with the client to maximize product value.
* Collaborate intensively with the implementation team.
* Monitor the economic health of the project by preparing and communicating relevant key figures.
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement of agile processes.
* Salary: Minimum monthly gross €3,400 (14 times per year, based on 38.5 h/week, no all‑in contract). Competitive salary adjusted to qualifications and experience.
Candidate Profile
* Relevant experience as Product Owner or Agile Project Owner, preferably in web or mobile development.
* Passion for agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
* Proactive, self‑assured, and capable of driving progress hands‑on.
* Direct and open communication style, engaging clients on an equal footing.
* Early risk detection and timely risk mitigation.
* Enthusiasm for design and user experience.
* Comfortable speaking German and English.
