Your Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies and fill expert and senior-level positions across various business functions.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders.
* Create and publish engaging job postings that reflect our brand and attract top talent.
* Collaborate on employer branding campaigns, including events, social media, and offline advertisements, in close alignment with our Talent Attraction team.
* Track and report on recruiting and HR metrics to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally focused on white-collar roles.
* Excellent proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong interviewing and diagnostic skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams and diverse stakeholders.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an outgoing personality and structured, self-organized work style.
* International mindset, intercultural competence, and openness to change in a dynamic environment.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is
EUR 52.197,04
based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
