Your future Role
Develop and maintain backend and frontend services, primarily focusing on new features, performance improvements, and keeping our tech stack up to date.
Ensure code quality and reliability by writing API and unit tests and reviewing code from team members.
Contribute to continuous improvements in architecture and tooling, as we always strive to keep our stack modern and efficient.
Monitor and optimise system performance, using tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Kibana to analyse logs and metrics.
Shape technical decisions by actively participating in team discussions.
Collaborate in an agile environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
You’ll fit great with these Skills and Qualifications
Possess over 4 years of professional experience in backend development with PHP and experience in frontend development with modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
Previous experience with the Symfony framework is considered a nice‑to‑have.
Proven experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs using PHP and MySQL and preferably in developing frontend logic to consume those APIs.
Strong advocate for test automation, with hands‑on experience in writing API and unit tests.
Skilled in refactoring, performance tuning, and software architecture to ensure maintainable and efficient code.
Fluent in English, as it is our working language.
Analytical thinking and continuously striving for the highest quality standards.
Passion for coding and enjoyment in collaborating with a team.

Gitlab, Docker, Kubernetes – continuous integration and deployment.
Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK stack), Prometheus – monitoring.

The stated position is available full‑time with 38,5 hours per week. The minimum salary based on three years of experience in backend development on a full‑time role is €55,356 gross per annum.
