As a Technician in our Customer Support you are responsible for troubleshooting, analyzing and eliminating errors in our HV systems. In this job, you score points with your persistence, your strong problem-solving skills and your passion for finding the "needle in the haystack"!
YOUR FUTURE TASKS
* Identification and solution of technical issues in operational support
* Analysis and repairs of HV batteries in-house
* Independent troubleshooting and fault elimination
* Responsibility for handling complaints
* Participation in the continuous development of internal processes
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
* Completed technical training (apprenticeship/technical school) in the field of electrical engineering, automotive electrics, mechatronics or similar
* Ideally, first experience in the field of automotive engineering, electrical engineering or HV systems
* Good knowledge of German and basic English skills
* You are an independent and solution-oriented personality with a structured way of working
* On top of that you are a team player with hands-on mentality and willingness to travel (40 - 60 %)
