To strengthen our leadership team, we are looking for a Business Development Assistant (f/m/d) to support the Managing Director of one of our Greentube subsidiaries. This key role combines organizational excellence, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong coordination skills in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
Your tasks
Provides direct assistance and daily support to the CEO in organizational and administrative matters
Coordinates appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and internal and external communication processes
Supports operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely preparation and follow‑up of key topics
Prepares presentations, reports, decision papers, and other business documents
Acts as an interface between the CEO and departments such as Finance, Tech, HR, and Legal
Supports planning and execution of small‑scale projects and cross‑functional initiatives
Handles confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism
Participates in customer meetings and international events as required
Your profile
Completed commercial or academic education (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Management, Law)
2+ years of professional experience in a comparable role such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Project Assistant
Experience in a tech‑driven or online casino environment is an advantage
Strong technical and business understanding, particularly in Finance and Operations
Excellent organizational skills, high discretion, and a professional, confident demeanor
Very good MS Office skills and familiarity with digital tools such as Slack, Confluence, or Atlassian products
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Proactive, solution‑oriented, resilient personality with strong initiative and ownership
Flexible and willing to travel (approx. 10% of working time)
