Your profile
* Experience: Proven background (3+ years) in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally in a D2C or lifestyle brand environment.
* Education: Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or media is a plus.
* Performance Mindset: You understand both the storytelling side and the numbers — linking influencer activity to ROAS, engagement, and revenue.
* Creative & Strategic: You know how to brief, challenge, and inspire creators while ensuring results and brand alignment.
* Structured & Analytical: Strong skills in performance tracking, KPI reporting, and budget allocation paired with a high level of reliability and accountability. Strong Excel & Analytical Skills are required as well as process structure and oversight.
* Communication: Fluent in English (German, French, Italian or other language skills are a plus), confident in negotiation and partnership management.
* Hands-on Attitude: You love taking ownership, moving fast, and finding pragmatic solutions that balance creativity and efficiency.

We are hiring a Team Lead Influencer Marketing (f/m/d) to develop and own Holzkern's creator and collaboration strategy. You will drive measurable growth through authentic partnerships, creator-driven campaigns, and data-based decision-making across all key markets.
Your areas of responsibility
Management & Strategic Role
* Lead and develop the Influencer Marketing team – define priorities, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence across all creator and partnership activities while owning planning, forecasting and strategy.
* Own the influencer strategy and tactical roadmap – develop, communicate, and implement a winning playbook that combines creative impact and measurable performance, ensuring alignment across departments.
* Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Strategic Content Marketing, and Visual Content to synchronize campaign storytelling and creator integration while ensuring aesthetic consistency and brand safety through a structured briefing & approval process.
* Team setup: Ensure the team has the skills to develop all channels, actively shape team setup and individual skill development to maintain a well-equipped and future-ready unit.
Build & Scale Creator Strategy
* Develop and manage an always-on creator ecosystem aligned with Holzkern's campaign rhythm and quarterly planning cycles.
* Define and roll out a clear influencer strategy including tiers (micro, macro, ambassador), turning one-time collaborations into long-term partnerships.
* Integrate creators early into campaign concepts together with Strategic Content Marketing and Visual Content teams to ensure cohesive narratives and strong emotional resonance.
Drive Performance through Creator Content
* Enable scale of UGC and creator-led formats across all paid and organic channels.
* Build and optimize partnership ad frameworks in collaboration with the Performance Marketing and Creative Strategy teams.
* Test and refine creator-driven content for measurable uplifts in ROAS, engagement, and conversion.
Support Brand Collaborations
* Secure brand collaborations, capsule collections, and co-branded partnerships that drive both visibility and revenue.
* Manage outreach, negotiations, and execution of brand partnership campaigns with external partners, ensuring creative and financial alignment.
Performance & Reporting
* Own performance tracking and KPI reporting across all influencer and creator campaigns.
* Monitor ROAS, engagement, assisted conversions, and overall business impact to ensure data-driven optimization.
* Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to integrate influencer metrics into broader channel reporting and dashboards.
