Customer & Sales Support – focus order fulfilment, 60-100% (f/m/x)
Job Description
Your role
You independently handle customer and support inquiries from international customers, colleagues and sales partners
You accurately manage and enter orders and data in our ERP system
You plan and monitor delivery dates and are responsible for ensuring complete and punctual delivery of orders, which may also include batteries
You interact with freight forwarders, chambers of commerce, customs authorities and other key stakeholders and manage the logistics of our large export volumes

You have finished commercial education (apprenticeship/HAK/HLW) or bring work experience in a related field
You like to work independently as part of a motivated team and strive to provide best solutions
You have strong communication skills in English and German and a proactive and customer‑focused mindset
