What You'll Do
As an Account Manager you'll combine client leadership, strategy, and performance ownership:
* Be the primary point of contact for your clients and build long-term, trust-based relationships
* Lead client calls: check-ins, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
* Clearly explain Amazon PPC strategy and results in a way clients truly understand
* Guide and support PPC Managers to ensure campaigns align with client goals
* Own PPC performance outcomes — wins, challenges, and next steps
* Proactively solve problems and keep clients confident and informed
* Maintain consistent communication across multiple touchpoints

What We're Looking For
* 3+ year experience in Account Management, Brand Management, or a client-facing role
* Solid understanding of Amazon PPC and performance metrics
* Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and human
* Leadership or mentoring experience (a big plus)
* A problem-solver who takes ownership, not excuses
* Comfortable working fully remote with async tools
