* Independent execution of development projects, from concept creation through raw material selection to production readiness, while observing food law regulations
* Conducting tests on the pilot plant as well as large-scale trials in production, with subsequent evaluation
* Supporting production during the commissioning of new manufacturing and filling lines, as well as the standardisation of processes
* Product and process development for primarily liquid specialised nutrition/FSMP infant nutrition, ready-to-drink beverages, and protein drinks, as well as meal replacements.
* Value analysis and further development of existing products and their production processes
* Electronic documentation of development results and data maintenance of materials
* Managing crossfunctional interfaces within the company
* Coordinator for collaboration with customers, suppliers, purchasing and marketing/sales on quality and development matters
Requirements
* A degree in Food Technology or a comparable field or qualification.
* Several years of professional experience in food product development. Specialised nutrition, FSMP, infant nutrition, dairy, functional foods, sports & performance nutrition or supplements, would be ideal.
* Knowledge in innovation and project management.
* Fundamentals in food law
* Independent working style and high conceptual competence
* Creativity, flexibility and team capability
* Strong problem-solving and assertiveness skills
* Good English language skills - German skills or the willingness to learn German are required
