Mission Description
The Network & Aftersales Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a professional, high-performing retail and service network. This role ensures the delivery of a world-class customer ownership experience and drives the development and performance of the after-sales business. As part of a lean and agile organization, the role requires hands-on involvement, day- to-day contact with retailers concerning after-sales, and close collaboration with cross- functional teams within the sales company.
What You'll do
• Own the commercial performance of the aftersales business, including volume, revenue, and
gross profit targets.
• Establish and expand the retail and service partner network to support business growth and
market coverage.
• Identify, contract, and onboard new retailers and service partners. Deliver training programs to
ensure alignment with brand standards and operational excellence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for after-sales partners, providing tools, processes, and
training to drive service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement programs and initiatives that enhance retailer performance, customer
retention, and after-sales profitability.
• Support other departments and initiatives across the sales company as needed, contributing to
shared business objectives in a dynamic environment.
Profile Requirement
• University degree, technical or economic, or equivalent education
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of operator business, sales, and retailer KPIs
• Business acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Experience in automotive or other service-intensive B2B sectors is a plus
• Fluency in German and English required
