 
        
        Your main tasks include, among others:
 1. Advise on strategic direction and organizational structure; decide and implement HR measures as authorized representative
 2. Support managers on labor law, leadership responsibilities, and HR policy compliance
 3. Manage co-determination processes and cooperation with employee representatives
 4. Negotiate contracts related to hiring, changes, and departures; advise on compensation and staff development
 5. Lead initial recruitment consulting, staffing, onboarding, and coordinate related interfaces
 6. Advise on tactical and long-term personnel planning considering strategy, diversity, and succession
 7. Support managers in employee career and development planning and follow-up
 8. Act as sparring partner in transformation projects, advising and overseeing change implementation
 9. Handle difficult discussions, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with departments and employees
 10. Support talent management programs and serve as key contact for talent initiatives
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
 11. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Legal, Social Sciences, or Business Administration
 12. With a Master’s degree: 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
 13. With a Bachelor’s degree: 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
 14. Ideally, have a basic understanding of Austrian labour law and ability to handle companies with different CBAs
 15. Excellent verbal and written English and German communication
 16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 17. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cost-consciousness
 18. Able to work well under pressure and adapt to change
 19. Skilled in conflict resolution and supporting organizational transformation
 20. Strong customer focus, professionalism, reliability, and responsibility
 21. Independent, proactive, with good judgment and negotiation skills
 22. Excellent interpersonal and intercultural sensitivity
 23. Must have work permit for the assignment country
 24. Willingness to travel
