Overview For a long-term engagement supporting an internal CRM team and operations within an enterprise environment, we are looking for an experienced CRM Solution Architect / Senior Consultant (Dynamics 365). The role combines hands-on consulting with architectural ownership and technical leadership of two CRM Developers. The Solution Architect acts as the main point of contact (SPOC) towards the client and ensures overall solution quality and integration into the existing system landscape.

Working model: 95% Remote, occasional on-site presence upon agreement
Language: English (German is a plus)
€520 - €560 a day
Responsibilities Act as SPOC for the client’s internal CRM team and business stakeholders
Operational collaboration in CRM implementation and enhancement initiatives
Technical leadership and coordination of two CRM Developers
Architectural design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
Focus on: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Project Operations
Design and documentation of solution concepts for complex requirements
Definition of integration strategies with third-party systems
Analysis of existing application landscape and alignment of CRM architecture
Governance of Azure-based integrations and system interfaces
Ensuring scalability, maintainability and performance of the CRM ecosystem
Translation of business requirements into high-level technical concepts
Requirements Several years of experience as CRM Solution Architect or Senior Dynamics Consultant
Strong expertise across Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
Deep knowledge of: Dynamics Sales, Customer Insights, Project Operations
Experience with Azure and enterprise integration architectures
Strong Power Platform expertise
Proven experience designing complex CRM architectures
Experience integrating third-party systems
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
