ABOUT THE CLIENT
: Our client is a leading Austrian technology company on a path of global growth. They develop, manufacture, and distribute specialized high-tech products via multiple production sites worldwide. The position of Senior Regulatory Affairs Expert (m/f/x) at one of the Austrian main sites in Western Austria is now open. We're looking for an expert willing to be based on-site in Western Austria.
YOUR MISSION
: Act as a strategic sparring partner for the management team by providing regulatory and market intelligence across different international markets. Build and nurture strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to anticipate changes, mitigate risks and unlock new market opportunities through trust-based collaboration.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

[1] Regulatory Intelligence:
Continuously monitor and analyze regulatory developments and market trends across international regions
Ensure a holistic overview of evolving regulations and market developments relevant to the product portfolio
Act as the go-to advisor and sparring partner for the leadership team in decision-making processes
Foster strong relationships with customers and across internal stakeholders to bridge regulatory requirements and business objectives, creating a strong network of trust
Conduct regulatory risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, technical and R&D teams
Provide regulatory guidance on complex topics and disclosures
[2] External Affairs (background function):
Establish and maintain productive relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other relevant external partners to strengthen the company's reputation and influence Maintain alignment with the corporate External Affairs strategy Support internal stakeholders with prepared materials and insights from external stakeholders
WHAT OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR
: Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, chemistry, pharmacy or equivalent A minimum of 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, and/or market intelligence, ideally in an international setting Proven relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, align, and inspire across hierarchical and cultural boundaries Strong ability to work independently with an ownership-driven mindset High integrity, discretion, and excellent team spirit Full proficiency in written and spoken German and English Strong IT literacy and data handling capacities Willingness to travel up to approx. 15%

SALARY PACKAGE
: Annual gross salary starting at €95,000 including bonus, higher remuneration may be offered depending on your experience.
