As we would like to expand our development team, we are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d)
who is interested in the challenges of developing an innovative medical product (full-time).
What will you do?
* Creation of software architectures and development of software concepts
* Implementation of software for medical devices according to development standards and guidelines based on IEC 62304
* Implementation and maintenance of unit tests and CI/CD pipelines
* Interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams
* Creation of technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the team
* Mentoring other employees in the team
What do you bring?
* Extensive professional experience in object-oriented software development
* Experience in planning and implementing automated tests (unit tests and/or test frameworks)
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
* Independent, methodical and structured way of working
* Team player with good knowledge of German and English
* Completed technical education (university, technical college) in computer science, telematics, biomedical engineering or related technical areas
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
* Knowledge of programming languages such as C++ and Python
* Experience with the Qt framework for creating graphical interfaces
* Application and integration of database systems
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum
