Aufgaben
* Maintenance, analysis and visualization of big data
* Analysis of trends and deviations of a constantly growing data set
* Apply data mining techniques to clean and prepare data sets of varying sizes
* Refactor and document data processing functions
* Maintain the existing data dashboards and tools
* Statistical analysis of data from clinical studies (incl. complex modelling) for publications, presentations at conferences and product development
Profil
* Completed education in the field of data science, biostatistics or equivalent
* Programming skills
* Python, R Studio skills or equivalent
* Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous but not necessary
* Motivation to grow in exciting projects within a team and the ability to work independently
* A solid foundation in statistical analysis and algorithms
* Familiarity with cloud, orchestration, containerization, and versioning control methodologies
