You plan and coordinate technician deployments, allocate resources effectively, and optimize utilization to meet operational goals.
As the central point of contact for your region, you assume technical and organizational responsibility for service delivery and customer support.
You maintain close relationships with customers, conducting regular visits to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
Representing our company at international trade fairs, you present our solutions and continuously expand your professional network.
You develop solution strategies and provide expert support to our customers, with up to 25% travel to ensure targeted on-site presence and service excellence.
