That is where you come in Jetzt bewerben Job Description * Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. * Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards. * Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs. * Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning. * Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems. * Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs. * Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. * Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams. * Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
