Regional Sales Manager — Construction & Demolition (NSW & QLD)

Cleanaway is expanding — and we’re on the hunt for a passionate, energetic and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Construction and Demolition (C&D) team. Covering New South Wales and Queensland, this newly created role is perfect for someone who thrives on getting out and about, building relationships face-to-face, and leading from the front — not from behind a desk.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead Visual Management Board (VMB) meetings to drive alignment, focus, and accountability across the sales team.
* Hit the road regularly for one-on-one coaching, ride-alongs, and customer visits across New South Wales & Queensland.
* Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers while implementing Cleanaway’s C&D strategy.
* Provide clear market feedback and insights to fine-tune sales strategies and maximise performance.
* Lead and inspire your team to exceed targets through active support, coaching, and development.
About You
We’re looking for someone who loves working face-to-face and thrives on action — not paperwork. You’re naturally enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll bring:
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager — industry background is flexible, we’re open to diverse experience.
* A strong desire to lead by example, coach on the go, and help others reach their full potential.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
