* German C1 level minimum (or high B2)
* English B2 level minimum
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* EU Citizenship
