* manage the annual Segment Strategy Cycle, creating clarity around priorities, roadmaps, and cross‑functional alignment
* build and leverage an insight system that translates customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies
* own the segment‑specific value proposition, including differentiation logic, and collaborate closely with Technical Product Management and Sales
