Job Description Main roles: Act as the primary technical interface between global team of solution engineers, key customers, partners and Engage R&D department Provide expert guidance on how our products and services can address specific partner and client challenges and requirements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (on-site and remote) Deliver technical training and workshops to solution engineers, key customers, partners, L2 Support teams Ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management and R&D Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base Support new product introductions with monitoring of technical KPIs, conduct POC installations and ensure success. Support exhibitions with new product introductions (fairs, CECs, showrooms) Support continuous improvement of solutions and processes
