Client Manager

We are looking for a proactive Client Manager ready to bring their skills and energy to our Business Management and Tax team and amazing clients.

The ROLE:

As Client Manager, you will manage the end-to-end service offering for a portfolio of clients within our growing team and work with the Partner to look after a client base.

Manage stakeholder communication between clients, suppliers, and other third parties.

Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and internal reporting requirements.

Supervise and review work from bookkeepers and accountants in your team.

Review and lodge BAS, IAS, and superannuation obligations.

Manage client workflow and deadlines.

Provide advisory support

Preparing annual financial statements and income tax returns

Conducting tax planning

Offering general and business structuring advice

Advising on various tax and accounting issues

This role requires a proactive, organised, and hands-on Client Manager who can develop excellent working relationships with staff and clients, ensuring our client engagement is maintained to a high standard. You will be expected to work collaboratively, have strong relationship-building skills, and be people-oriented in all of the work you produce.

About YOU:

6-8 years of relevant experience within Australian Public Practice

Strong technical knowledge

Exceptional communication and presentation (non-negotiable)

Strong business acumen with problem-solving creativity.

Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new systems.

Advanced experience with accounting software (Xero experience is preferred).

Location:

This role offers location flexibility across Queensland, with office spaces available in Burleigh, Brisbane, Townsville, and the Sunshine Coast. Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to work from one of these office locations.

Our offices are based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Townsville, the Philippines and India.
