LLM Software Engineer (AI Integration – Frontend or Backend)
To address the increasing demand for our products, we seek highly-skilled LLM software engineers experienced in building data-heavy applications using cutting-edge web technologies. We are looking for candidates who can work full-time (30 hours or more).

Your SKILLS
* You have 3+ years of professional experience with integrating and deploying LLMs and AI systems in complex applications. A focus on the biomedical domain is a plus.
* You possess strong experience with relevant AI/LLM frameworks in either Python (i.e., Pydantic AI, LangChain, …) or TypeScript (i.e., AI SDK, AG-UI, …). Experience with cloud-native deployment of ML workloads is a plus (AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, K8s, …)
* You are proficient in developing end-to-end AI/LLM solutions, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and defining agentic workflows for complex data analysis.
* You have applied advanced concepts related to AI/LLM integrations, such as implementing MCP, (sub)agents, and streaming, while managing latency and costs, systematically utilizing evals and ensuring security and privacy.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an independent, reliable approach to teamwork, with the ability to mentor and coach junior talents.
* While we focus on integrating AI/LLM and not training our own, understanding the theoretical foundations of statistics and machine learning is beneficial.
* You show excellent knowledge of English (German optional)
